We are always happy to arrange delivery of your goods nationwide, or you can collect them here in store.
The cost of courier delivery / shipping is part of your overall cost and is reflected in your invoice.
Your items are delivered via courier, to the address that you supply us with and should be signed for on receipt.
Normally you should receive your delivery within 1 working day of the courier collecting it from us. At certain busy times of the year such as holidays, you should allow a little extra time for delivery of orders.
A courier tracking number is available from us for each order should you experience any problems. Please contact us directly by phone or email if this happens.
We hope you are thoroughly satisfied with your goods, but if for any reason you are not, please read our Returns Policy to assist you with any questions you may have.
On receipt of your goods, please inspect them immediately to ensure that your order is correct and that your goods have not been damaged during transit.
If any damage has occurred during transit, or if there is any other problem with your order, please contact us immediately and forward photos of the same, quoting your name, address and the delivery number on your delivery docket.
Due to the bespoke nature of our goods and the fact that all signage is made to your individual specifications after consultation, we can only accept Returns if goods are faulty, damaged on receipt, or if we have made a genuine mistake in your order. We will aim to replace, repair or refund any goods which have been returned for these reasons.
Generally if this happens we will firstly aim to repair or replace and re-deliver the part of your order that is damaged or incorrect, as quickly as possible after you notify us of any problems. We will normally only replace the part of your order that has been damaged or that is incorrect.
If a payment has been made and a refund is required it will only be for the value of the part of the order that is damaged or is incorrect.
Signworx can also offer a credit note to the value of the damaged or faulty goods.
